Hao Peng Visits China National Building Materials Group Kaisheng Junheng for Research Projects

On February 23rd, Hao Peng, Secretary of the Party Committee of the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, visited Wei County, Handan City, a designated poverty alleviation county in Hebei Province for inspection and research. Hao Peng visited and comforted impoverished households in Cuige Village, Shiwang Township, and conducted on-site inspections and research at the Cuige Village Party Branch, Cuige Village Poverty Alleviation Industrial Park, and China National Building Materials Kaisheng Junheng Pharmaceutical Glass Project.

This project is an important project for central enterprises of the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission to implement targeted poverty alleviation, and a highly promising high-tech industry project for China National Building Materials Group's transformation and development. The project has broken the international monopoly and achieved the localization of high-end 5.0 neutral borosilicate medicinal glass, filling the domestic gap with its products. At present, the first phase of the project has been successfully put into operation as planned, with a production volume exceeding 2000 tons in 2018. More than 50 domestic and foreign post-processing and bottle making enterprises are using the project products, and their market share is gradually increasing.

On September 7, 2018, Kaisheng Technology Group completed the capital increase and equity investment in the project undertaking unit. Kaisheng Jun is striving to become a benchmark enterprise for mixed ownership and a platform for the transformation and development of Kaisheng Technology Group's pharmaceutical packaging material industry. Secretary Hao Peng conducted an in-depth investigation into the construction and operation of the neutral borosilicate medicinal glass production line, enterprise technological innovation, and talent team construction of Kaisheng Junheng. He understood the contributions made by China National Building Materials to "technology poverty alleviation and industrial poverty alleviation" through the construction of the Kaisheng Junheng medicinal glass project, and the goal of Kaisheng Junheng to become an international first-class pharmaceutical packaging materials group, The promotion of innovation and upgrading in China's pharmaceutical glass packaging industry has played a significant role.
